Hujan Locale masih ditangani oleh duo Will Meyrick bersama dengan Palm Amatawet dengan menggunakan aneka bahan lokal yang diolah menjadi hidangan yang berkualitas. Meskipun bertajuk fine dining restaurant, namun Hujan Locale masih menyesuaikan dengan lingkungan Ubud yang santai sehingga tidak ada formal <i>dress code<\/i> disini. Meskipun begitu, saya sarankan datanglah dengan pakaian santai yang rapi.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><a Surprisingly, rasa gurihnya tidak terlalu pekat dan masih ringan, apalagi ditambah perasan lemon sebelum disantap. <i>The soft shell crab &amp; calamari? Told ya before, I love anything crispy. Semakin unik saat disajikan dengan ikan asin sebagai pasangannya. Namun ternyata rasanya cukup enak. Saya suka dengan aneka bahannya yang memadukan tekstur dan rasa yang berbeda-beda. Fillet kakap dilumuri dengan bumbu ala Kashmir yang berasal dari India. Dipanggang dalam balutan daun pisang dengan berbagai macam pelengkap untuk menaikkan citarasa. Fillet ikannya sangat lembut dengan bumbu gurih pekat yang meresap. <i>Even this stunningly delicious fish tasted better with mint yoghurt sauce! Hujan Locale merupakan salah satu tempat yang harus dicoba ketika bertandang ke Ubud.
