Rasanya lezat, dan sudah pasti sehat bagi Anda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frittata Recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Bahan :<\/em><\/p>\n<p>14 buah telur<br \/>\nDanish Feta<br \/>\n1\/2 ikat bayam<br \/>\n100 g ham<br \/>\n1\/2 paprika merah<br \/>\n1\/2 bawang merah<br \/>\n1 buah tomat<br \/>\n1\/4 labu panggang<br \/>\n1 sdm air<\/p>\n<p><em>Cara membuatnya :<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. Panaskan oven pada 180 derajat celsius untuk memanggang hidangan dalam piring yang bulat.<br \/>\n2. Tempatkan setengah dari jumlah bayam menjadi dasar hidangan di piring<br \/>\n3. Lapiskan labu, bawang, paprika, feta, ham dan sisa bayam di piring.<br \/>\n4. Kocok telur dan air<br \/>\n5. Tuang telur yang dikocok diatas bahan dalam piring dan tekan perlahan sehingga semua bahan terendam.<br \/>\n6. Iris tomat dan tempatkan di atas.<br \/>\n7.
