Di tengah-tengah kesibukannya sebagai seorang fotografer, Josh menyisihkan\u00a0<em>weekend-<\/em>nya untuk melakukan\u00a0<em>passion-<\/em>nya, berjualan kopi! Namun tergolong unik, kopi dari Bear &amp; Co dicampur dengan nitrogen, memberikan rasa, sensasi, dan\u00a0<em>aftertaste<\/em>\u00a0yang berbeda dengan kopi pada umumnya. Ia merancang sendiri mesin dan resep untuk minuman jualannya ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Apa ide dibalik bisnis ini?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>I develop this project with my kids through a bicycle and i was saying, let\u2019s get a name, and i was thinking a bicycle-related name at first, but Xenia, my ten-years old is telling that \u201cNo papa, we\u2019re your bears, the bears need to be in the name\u201d, so that\u2019s how it comes to Bear &amp; Co. So, actually it was their idea, because they\u2019re my three little bears.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Kenapa memilih Pasar Santa?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Mainly for the community. Truthfully, where else can you open a pop up store in Jakarta ? The rent\u2019s expensive. But at Pasar Santa, the rent\u2019s affordable and you can experiment. See what suits you. And it\u2019s only in here people can come, and talk to each other. There\u2019s a lot of people from creative community also come, and they can do whatever they\u2019re passionate about.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Apa relationship anda dengan pasar basah dibawah?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>I buy my lemon everyday from them ! Anything i can buy from them, i buy from them.
